What we need to verify a location
- Business name and full street address
- Public phone number and official website
- A page showing that the location sells dry ice
- Blocks, nuggets or pellet sizes offered
- Walk-in, appointment or commercial-only pickup rules
- Hours, minimum quantities or other purchase requirements

We are finishing the review process before opening the public intake form. This prevents unsupported listings and gives businesses a clear correction path from the start.
When submissions open, sending a location will not guarantee publication. We will verify the information before adding or changing a listing.
